Just step out onto the front porch, stoop or any major street and hell REALLY LOUD... No seriously, a 25% non refundable event retainer fee is required to hold your date and time. The balance is due prior to the beginning of your event.
TIME
NO JOKES ALLOWED IN THIS SECTION... PLEASE BE PROMPT. For our children's party packages, available time slots are 11:00am - 1:15, 2:00pm - 4:15pm and 5:00pm - 7:15pm. While we may schedule time between our parties, we are not able to change the start time of the next party. We are also unable to cover the cost of your food deliveries should they be delivered prior to your arrival.
IN MOST CASES, activities will be done first so as to minimize spills and damages to equipment and/or materials...
ANY PARTIES THAT RUN OVER the scheduled party time will be subject to a charge of $25 per half hour overtime.
BEHAVIOR
ALL FACILITY USERS ARE EXPECTED to conduct themselves in a manner conducive to a positive, family-based environment. Running, hitting, loud boisterous behaviors, destruction of property, abusive language and/or behavior and fighting will not be tolerated. Lessee will be held responsible for the actions of their guests.
For children's party packages, at least one parent must remain in the party room during the party for safety/emergency reasons. (If there are more than 15 children present, a second adult would be appreciated.)
CAN I DECORATE?
Decorations provided by the lessee are allowed on tables only. No decorations may be attached to the walls, ceilings, windows, trim, or doors of the facility. Archways or other backdrops must be free standing and may not be attached to the walls. Lessor must approve large banners or posters. No tape, nails, staples, screws, etc. are allowed for use on tables or other equipment/facilities. Use of candles (except floating or battery operated), fog machines, and confetti in any form (paper, bird seed, rice, metallic cut-outs, silly string, etc.) is not allowed. Balloons must be weighted and removal of balloon items and other decorative pieces must be removed prior to leaving. Any decorating, covering, or changes to the facilities should be discussed at the time agreement is signed application and put in writing as part of the permit. Placement, relocation, or rearrangement of equipment other than tables and chairs is not permitted. No open flames, if lighting candles, please bring a lighter (NO MATCHES). Any violation of the decoration policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit (if applicable) and may result in additional charges.
CAN I BRING FOOD & BEVERAGES?
You REALLY don't wanna taste my cooking...haha...You may bring your own food/beverages. We do also offer some concession food items. You may also order pizza, subs, chicken, etc. from various local establishments. Please call us if you have any special needs in this area. You may order pizza, or subs through us. You may bring water bottles, pop, juice, or milk. We do not offer refrigeration storage. No alcohol is allowed. No liquids in glass. (Please consult with us concerning non-children's party packages).
Don't forget a cake knife, candles and a lighter (no matches).
We will provide enough seats and tables for the party activities and one table for party food.
ANYTHING ELSE?
We will provide music for events. Should you prefer your own music, outside music must be profanity free, with lyrical content that is deemed appropriate for the event. We reserve the right to discontinue music we find inappropriate.
Should breakage or damage of materials occur during an event and it is deemed accidental, new materials maybe obtained and the damaged item will be added to the bill at a 50% price. If damage is deemed to be reckless, damaged items will be added to the final tally at full price.
