Be mindful, winter party spots fill quicker than any other time.  Don't wait...Spots fill up 4-6 weeks in
advance...

  • Can we decorate the room(s)  What about piñatas?  Goodie Bags?

Goodie bags and balloons (weighted) are allowed or if you prefer, may be purchased in advance through us.  
No confetti or silly string allowed.  Pull string (as apposed to hitting) piñatas are allowed.  No confetti, rice,
birdseed, sand, potpourri, tacks, nails or tape or similar substances are permitted.  Removal of balloon items
and other decorative pieces must be removed prior to leaving.


  • Can I bring my own food?

You may bring your own food.   Please call us if you have any special needs in this area.   You may order
pizza, or subs through us.  You may bring water bottles, pop, juice, or milk.  We do not offer refrigeration
storage.  No alcohol is allowed.  No liquids in glass.   (Please consult with us concerning non-children's party
packages).

Don't forget a cake knife, candles and a lighter (no matches).  
We will supply plates, cups, napkins and utensils.  

  • What is the deadline for headcounts?

We will automatically call you two days prior to your event to finalize plans.  At that time, we would need an
accurate headcount if pizza or subs are being ordered.  Balloons can be ordered on the day of?  Food orders
need to be placed the day before.  As such, incorrect numbers cannot be changed on the day of your party.    
We can help you determine how many pizzas or subs you may need.  

Don't forget to include the adults in your beverage/food count.

  • Is a waiver required?

For any party utilizing inflatable equipment, a waiver is required for each participant.  Each guest will need a
separate waiver...Families may put multiple children on the same waiver.  You can download our waivers by
clicking here...We also will have extra waivers available if someone forgets to bring theirs...

  • What should we wear?

You are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair.   We do have socks (for children and
adults) for sale.  Be mindful of eyewear and jewelry if an inflatable is included in your party package.

  • We don't think 2.5 hours is long enough.

Hmmm...here's the deal.  Most formal events are 5 hours but they also include a cocktail hour and a formal sit
down meal.  That's not happening at most children's parties.  We'll help guide your party so that you follow a
schedule that will ensure that everything that needs to take place does so in the time alloted.  If that still
doesn't work for you, there are a few other options, a)purchase two time slots b)purchase the last time slot
and reserve extra time in half hour increments or c)check out a local YMCA, community room, school, church
or banquet hall.  We can bring the equipment to you.  Bear in mind, pricing for equipment or entertainment is
more expensive when we bring it to you and you'll have to pay for the place and clean up.
